Redgum were approached to help take a concept they built in Excel and make a commercial application from it.

The initial plan was to sell copies on CD, after the first meeting we were able to provide several alternative business models which allowed them to do everything they set out to and enabled far more appealing and long term strategy which enables them to take advantage of several revenue streams over the initial one they were focused on.
 
Once this was agreed upon Redgum could then design the system to suit their entire business model rather than simply provide a tool that matched their excel spreadsheet prototype.
